When I was putting together the MOW Utility Truck I notice that the boom didn't move,
but I wanted to make it move! 
So I did the following: 
drilled a small hole where the crane set on the body of the truck then made a pin for the bottom of the crane. then drilled another hole in the bottom of the crane and glued the pin into the cranes bottom. Now you can insert the pin in the hole in the trucks body and the crane will move 360 degrees around.
