Hello to all,
I finally got my Rokuhan track layout to match my track plan. It was absolutely brilliant after being frustrated for months. I simply called a recent friend who mentioned once that he had a Marklin HO layout. As it turned out he is very experienced and helped with the set up today in slightly more than one hour. Without his help there was no possibility of me figuring out how to do it. I should probably stick to driving boats and airplanes! Anyway, when he left I tweaked it up a bit and actually had a locomotive running around the track.
Well, during my "tweaking" I broke a piece of track on one turnout which shut me down. I now need a replacement (plus a few other items). Is anyone interested in trading me for one Rohukan turnout R490-13 Deg Right turnout, one "railer" or "rerailer" (I don't exactly know what it's called,") and three track insulators?
In return, here's what I have (from previous layout plans that were never done):
MicroTrack 220mm straight track, #990 40917--12 pieces
MicroTrack R195mm 45 Deg curved track, #99040005--16 pieces
MicroTrack 110mm straight track#9904001--40 pieces
MicroTrack R195MX 30 Deg--17 pieces
Straight flextrack 12.5'' each10 pieces. I don't know the manufacturer.
I have no use for any of this track since, once I get the replacement turnout ,I will be done with my track plan. If no on wants to trade for any of this track I will be happy to give it to anyone who wants it.
