Night scene in small Brazilain town

Description
Ron Vaz sent me some night photos taken on his layout that Z Track featured a couple of issues back.
There were some other photos taken with LEDs that were filtered to represent the
filament light bulbs rather than fluorescent, but this scene really caught my eye. I could almost imagine myself on a hill top looking down into the town at night. Do you hear the barking dog?
